About the Event
Challenge your own personal development to have more conscious connections.
This is an explorative workshop to connect authentically with yourself and others. Journey together in some simple, yet innovative, ice- breaker activities and games, embodiment practices, eye gazing and consensual touch practices (fully clothed).
This space is for you to feel comfortable and relaxed, where guided practices will lessen the awkwardness of getting to know others. The theme for the afternoon is around our self-worth, self-talk, how do we relate to ourselves and then communicate with others in a more mindful and compassionate way.
All practices come with clearly defined boundaries and examples of what is to be processed with the highest respect and integrity. You are encouraged and supported to choose your own level of involvement in each exercise.
