The Rising Sun

Nestled away in suburban Kensington sits the homely Rising Sun Inn. With polished floorboards, stained glass windows and rustic brick walls, the atmosphere is that of an old friend's home - only there aren't many old friends who can whip up such hearty meals as cherry-glazed confit duck leg on a bed of polenta. An artistic thread runs through the restaurant, with exhibitions by local artists and photographers regularly taking place.
